Please try to send it in its original undamaged packaging; it really makes things easier for us.

we will organise the item to be shipped back, Please note that all returns shipping cost is to be borne by you.
Please put the product with any accessories and manuals back into its original box (if possible) and mail it to the address that we will provide once you have made contact with us.
Once we receive the products, you will get a confirmation by email and your money will be returned within 30 days, in the same way you made the purchase.
